With the ship Bonnefooi we take you out onto the water for a weekend or midweek, to places where there is space for rest, movement and nature. We sail to quiet anchorages along the Zeeland coast, where land and water meet. But even while sailing you are already surrounded by nature: on the water, the world seems to fall away for a while. We hoist the sails and turn off the engine. Carried by wind and tide, we glide towards our next yoga spot — accompanied only by the sound of water, birds and sails.
Nena is an experienced yoga teacher and adapts her classes to both beginners and more advanced yogis. Besides the yoga sessions, there is space for personal questions, breathing exercises and short meditations.
During the sailing, you are guided by Anna and Paul. Together with them, you can help hoist the sails and take part in other sailing activities, and they are happy to share their knowledge about the area we are sailing through. Of course, you are also welcome to simply relax on deck with a book or a cup of tea — this journey is about rest, balance and following your own pace.
On board, Anna and Paul prepare vegetarian meals using healthy and sustainable ingredients. In this way, we combine movement, nature and good food — so you return home feeling recharged and refreshed.

Daily programme yoga-midweek
This is an example programme. Depending on weather, wind and tides, the route may change. We adapt to the conditions and together create the most beautiful journey possible.
Day 1 – Monday: arrival and departure
From 2.00 pm you are welcome on board the Bonnefooi in Zierikzee. With coffee and tea ready, there is time to settle into your cabin. We then depart straight away: we hoist the sails and head out onto the Grevelingenmeer. In the late afternoon we look for a quiet anchorage surrounded by nature. There is time to arrive, take a refreshing swim or simply enjoy the view of water and sky. After dinner, we begin with a short yoga session to unwind after the travel day and to arrive fully at this special place.
Day 2 – Tuesday: yoga, sea and silence
We start the day with an active yoga session in nature, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
Today we sail further west towards the North Sea. We look for a place near the Brouwersdam so that in the afternoon we can enjoy a second, gentle yoga session on the North Sea beach. Along the way there is plenty of space for silence, conversation, reading in the sun or a short nap on deck.
Day 3 – Wednesday: depth and connection
Those who wish can begin the day with a short meditation or a dip in the fresh water. This is followed by an extended yoga session in a beautiful natural setting.
After breakfast we continue sailing; depending on weather and tides, we either remain at anchor or choose a new destination. In the afternoon there is a restorative Yin yoga session, followed by a shared dinner on board. In the evening we close the day together with a breathing exercise or a short meditation.
Day 4 – Thursday: morning light and farewell
We begin the morning in silence, followed by a gentle yoga or stretching session on deck or on land. After that, we enjoy a final breakfast together. We then set course back to Zierikzee and arrive around 1.00 pm. There is time to say goodbye in a calm and unhurried way — taking home new experiences, memories and perhaps a little sand in your bag.

Day 1 – Friday: arrival and introduction
From 8.00 pm you are welcome on board the Bonnefooi in Brouwershaven. With coffee, tea or another drink, we welcome you on board. Cabins are assigned and there is time to settle in and get to know each other.
Nena, Anna and Paul introduce themselves and explain the flow of the weekend. Around 9.00 pm, Nena leads a short first yoga session to help everyone arrive calmly and relax before the night.
Day 2 – Saturday: sailing and stretching
Today we set sail. We hoist the sails and experience the world from the water. In the natural area of the Grevelingenmeer, we look for a place where we can hold an active yoga session — either on the beach or on the dike, depending on the conditions.
After yoga, there is time to breathe, to walk alone or together. Before dinner, we return to the ship, and in the evening we roll out the yoga mats again for a calm, relaxing stretch session. Afterwards, we wait for darkness and enjoy the starry sky and, if it appears, the full moon.
Day 3 – Sunday: yoga and farewell
On Sunday morning, we begin the day with an active yoga session on the beach. For those who wish, a smoothie is ready beforehand. After yoga, we enjoy a more extended breakfast with coffee and fresh bread. Then we hoist the sails once more and sail back across the Grevelingenmeer to Brouwershaven. Between 2.00 and 3.00 pm there is time to say goodbye and depart at a relaxed pace.
