De Vrouw Dina
The Vrouw Dina (in English: Lady Dina) was built in 1897 and is a comfortable, cosy, traditional sea tjalk. She has a female skipper. This great sailing ship has a spacious, light interior and is equipped with everything you need. In 2009 she was completely renovated.
Very comfortable
The deckhouse is publicly accessible and offers a great view over the water. Every cabin is a double room and has its own shower and toilet.

“I am the skipper of the Vrouw Dina. I work with my partner Daniel Leegwater. Together we are your crew. We turn every cruise into a relaxed and adventurous experience. Quality, hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere, that’s important to us. And that our guests should enjoy their stay, of course.
I had heard from my father that the Vrouw Dina was in a canal near Ter Aa. When I got there, it turned out that there were plants growing in her. I just had to rescue her! That was the start of a big reconstruction.
It had to be a bit different from what other ships were offering, so that’s why she has more sanitary facilities and the day time area is designed as an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. More personal and small scale is what suits us. We hope to experience many more beautiful adventures with our Dina.“
