Acccessible, practical and cosy; that’s the Arthur van Schendel. A beautifully lined two-masted clipper, with easy to use rigging. Fun fact: the sailing ship was built in 1906 and named after the writer of the book The frigate Johanna Maria, in which the downfall of the Dutch sailing fleet around the turn of the century is described.
Comfort
The large windows guarantee a great view on the water during the sailing trip. Everything is very accessible because of the large entrance. Besides central heating, the ship has a real cosy wood stove around which your group can sit and relax.
