Sleep on a ship

.

Unique sleeping accommodation

In the sailing season, from April to October, all are ships can be rented for sailing trips. But they are also available as sleeping accommodation for your group. You stay on board of the historical ships and use the modern facilities, without sailing.

Some ships sail to a city after the season. It’s amazing to see the powerful clippers in an urban environment. Surprise your friends, family or club with an affordable and unique place to stay for your next weekend out.

Every year we all visit the film festival. We love it, but it’s always a fuss to get home and travel back the next day. Hotels are pretty expensive, however. This year we stayed on a historical sailing ship and we really enjoyed that. The ship was exclusively ours.

We didn’t have to keep track of time, which was so convenient. We had a nice, homely feeling on the ship and it was also very affordable. We will definitely do this again!

Clippers in the city

On the ships below, you can also sleep out of season. Do you choose the cosmopolitan Amsterdam, the picturesque Leiden, the typical Dutch Hoorn, Groningen or Harderwijk? Or the coolest city, according to the Wall Street Journal: Rotterdam?

Harderwijk: Meridiaan, Vrijheid

It’s unique, but also very affordable! The prices depend on the ship and the size of your group. Contact us to find out the price of the city trip you dream of.

How does this work?

It’s easy to book a sailing ship to sleep on. Tell us the period, number of people, the necessary facilities and the ships of your liking.

The ship is exclusively yours. You’ll be warmly welcomed and shown around. When on a ship in the city, there’s a map with information to help you plan your stay.

There’s always someone on board, in a separate part of the ship. This means that your group has all the privacy, but there’s always someone nearby in case of questions.
